About Us
Who We Are
Founded in 2010, National Senior Insurance was created to simplify Medicare and related insurance needs for seniors and their families. Medicare is an ever-changing program—just ask my grandfather, whose 1965 Medicare materials showed a Part B premium of just $5! Over the years, updates and fine-tuning have made it more complex, leaving many feeling overwhelmed. That’s where we come in.
Meet Our Team
Frank Adkisson
I’ve been the principal agent for National Senior Insurance since April, 2021.
I came to Omaha in 1988 as the radio play-by-play voice of the Omaha Royals and later took on a similar role with the Omaha Lancers hockey team. In 1998, I made a career change heading into financial services and insurance.
In 2011, I added health insurance and Medicare products to my arsenal of tools to serve my clients and that portion of the business quickly exploded as we caught the wave of Boomers who were planning retirement.
One of the first changes made upon taking over the agency in 2021 was to implement an annual Client Appreciation Night each August, a night to remind the clients how we value them and to thank them for their loyalty to the agency.
When we meet clients, we often start out with an agent/client relationship, but over time, both them, and we as agents, start to feel like we are now friends. These folks then introduce us to other family members, co-workers, church members, former classmates and we then quickly become long-term friends too.
I’ve had the good fortune to visit far flung places like Australia, Japan, Bali and I enjoy the warm sands of Waikiki when time permits.
Tiffany Sealock
I came to National Senior Insurance in 2016 as a receptionist. Since then, I have maintained the position of Operations Manager at the agency while also jumping into the agent side and working with my own clients. The best part of my job is finding solutions and saving clients money while giving them better coverage and peace of mind. I enjoy an active lifestyle that I share with my 10-year-old son, who enjoys playing football and basketball. In August 2024, I rescued my 2-month-old niece from foster care and have been blessed with taking care of her. We will enjoy involving her in many activities during the summer, including water parks and bike rides.
Andy Adkisson
I am a second-generation agent born and raised right here in Omaha. I graduated from North High School in 2014 and UNL in 2017.
I became an agent with National Senior Insurance in 2017. Since then, I have been fortunate to meet some of the friendliest people in the Omaha metro.
My goal is to teach you everything you need to know about your health insurance by using terms and analogies easy for you to understand.
I hope to continue serving you for the years to come. I would not trade my position for anything else!
In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano and guitar, and spending time with my girlfriend Isabella. You can occasionally find us playing pub trivia at Bärchen in Benson, or at UNO hockey games.
Sarah Earlywine
I joined the National Senior Insurance staff in March 2025 as Frank’s personal assistant and client relationship facilitator. I’ll be the one heading off problems before they happen and scheduling appointments. I have previously worked in the home healthcare industry and earned a degree as a certified medical assistant. I have also worked in the transportation industry, managing a school bus company.
I have a strong passion for creating meaningful connections with people; you’ll find that out in any conversation with me. I am also a lifelong Omahan and the mother of two beautiful daughters.
Why We Do What We Do
We often hear people say, “Medicare is so complicated!” Our response? “Isn’t that awesome?” Because without the complexity, there’d be no need for trusted advisors like us to guide you through it—and to stick with you as things change.
But Medicare is just one piece of the puzzle. You might also have family members who need health insurance, life insurance policies that should be reviewed, or financial products that could better serve your future. Unlike insurance companies that keep cashing checks without checking in, we make sure your coverage still makes sense for you.
Appreciation Events
Our Approach
We like to think of Medicare and health insurance as the Thanksgiving turkey—the main dish. But what’s a great meal without the sides? We offer dental coverage, hospital plans, financial products, life insurance, and more, making sure every piece of your financial and health security is covered.
At National Senior Insurance, our goal is simple: To be your trusted, long-term partner in health, life, and financial matters.
